Despite advances for women in the workplace, the World Economic Forum estimates that closing the gender gap will take another 135 years -- meaning that there is still a great deal of progress to be made toward overcoming systemic barriers that limit the ability of women to be successful in the workplace.

As the 11th installment of the Trulaske Business Insider Series, this panel discusses what gender bias is, how it impacts women in the workplace, and how leaders can implement changes to their company culture that will help minimize the obstacles to equal opportunity for any individual. Panelists not only share insights drawn from their careers about addressing gender bias, but also share their thoughts about how addressing gender bias can improve performance and other important outcomes at work.
